What we are
Apartments by Jenriana manages and lists premium short-let and long-stay apartments across Nigeria. Guests book a property that has been inspected, furnished, and maintained to one brand standard. Property owners hand over as much or as little as they choose — fully managed at 30%, or listed only at 15% — and keep full visibility of bookings and earnings through a partner dashboard.
Why we started
Anyone who has booked a short-let in Nigeria knows the gap between the photographs and the front door. Owners face the mirror image of that problem: strong properties sitting empty, or filled by whoever turns up first. We built Apartments by Jenriana to close both gaps at once — a network where the brand, not the individual listing, carries the guarantee.

Where we operate
We currently operate in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, and Ibadan, and we onboard new properties in other Nigerian cities on request. Corporate clients are supported nationwide through a single point of contact and monthly invoicing.
